WHAT IS VIRGIN HAIR?
The term virgin hair refers to hair that has been untouched by chemical processes such as dyes, perms, and relaxers. Our Pure Virgin Hair is selected for highest quality in the marketplace.
HOW TO DISTINGUISH HUMAN HAIR WITH SYNTHETIC HAIR?
A) Burning and smell: Human hair will be ash and smell foul, when burning, the human hair will show white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke.
B) Human hair feels like kind of cool feeling.
C) human hair may have very few gray hairs and split ends. It is normal and not a quality problem.
WHY THE COLORS OF HAIR EXTENSION DON’T SEEM EXACTLY AS THE PICTURE SHOW OR DESCRIPTIONS SAYS?
A) Different monitor have different displays. The same color number may have a little color difference.
B) Different angles, different light could affect the pictures.
HOW IS THE LENGTH MEASURED?
The Straight Textures are measured true to length.
The curly, Body Wave, Loose Wave, and Deep Wave are measured when hair is pulled straight.
CAN THE HAIR BE STRAIGHTENED OR CURLED?
YES, this is 100% Premium Human Hair, so treat it as your own. You can curl and straighten the hair as desired. (Note – The hair may lose some of the curl pattern with constant blow dryer.)
CAN MY NEW HAIR BE COLORED/DYED?
YES, you can color our hair. Our hair is 100% virgin remy hair of premium quality and has never been chemically treated and it can therefore handle the coloring process very well.
However, it will no longer be virgin once you color or process the hair. We suggest you consult a professional if you wish to color your new hair.
HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED TO ORDER?
For a full sew in weave we recommend buying 2-3 packs of hair. For hair over 16″, we recommend ordering 3-4 packs of hair. The main rule: longer hair equals shorter weft width.
Also, take into consideration that the numbers packs needed also depends on the style and volume you desire. For example, if you want a celebrity weave with a lot of volume and layers, you will need 3 to 4 packs of hair.
WHY THE VIRGIN HAIR WILL BE IN DIFFERENT COLOR?
A: Because the virgin hair are just cut from the donors, different people the hair come out in different colors, some will be darker or lighter, when the bundles come in a combination will have this problem, it is for normal phenomenon.
HOW CAN I EXTEND THE LIFE OF MY HAIR EXTENSION?
A: Virgin cuticle hair is well know to last 1-3years, do not washing regularly like natural hair as your natural hair oils wont penetrate the hair, and the less you wash these hair, the longer they will last.
B. Do not bleach or lighten or add toner to your hair frequently as they can be damaged, and don’t color your hair without consulting a fully qualified Hairdresser.
WHY ARE MY HAIR EXTENSIONS GETTING TANGLED?
A: It could be caused by dry hair. Pls make sure to wash & condition your hair every 3-4days and full the care instruction.Using a soft brush or wide tooth brush, start at the bottom and work your way up slowly. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions
ONCE I ORDER, HOW LONG IT WILL BE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY HAIR?
You will receive your order within 3-5 business days to North American and Europe.
We will email your tracking number once your hair has been shipped. If it is a special order, or hair that is not in stock, please allow 1-4 weeks processing time before shipping off, when it happen we will email you to confirm that.
